User Rights
  • There is a complaint book available to any traveler who may request it.
  • Ticket with: license number, NIF, serial number, amount, date of service, origin and destination of the trip.
  • Get on and off the vehicle in places where road safety is guaranteed.
  • Choice by the client of the route in case they request it.
  • Receive the service by the driver of the requested vehicle under the basic conditions of safety, quality, hygiene and conservation of the vehicle provided for in the corresponding ordinances and other municipal provisions.
  • Transportation of guide dogs and any other pet in a cage.
  • Baggage, provided that the interior capacity of the vehicle’s passenger compartment allows it, under the conditions provided for in the ordinances.
  • Availability by the taxi driver of change for payments of up to €20.
  • Vehicle equipped with air conditioning or climate control.
  • Interruption of the taximeter in incidents during the routes, such as accidents, breakdowns or refueling with the traveler’s authorization.
  • Formulate complaints, claims and complaints that they deem appropriate in relation to the provision of the requested service.
User Obligations
  • The user has the obligation to wait for the taxi number assigned by the switchboard in case of having requested said service by telephone..
  • In the established taxi ranks, the user must necessarily take the first in line.
  • When several users require a taxi at the same time, the disabled, sick or elderly will have preference over other customers. At the stops, the preference will be determined by the order of arrival of the users at the head of the stop.
  • If the waiting time paid by the user is fulfilled, the taxi driver has the right to abandon the service.
  • Smoking is totally prohibited in taxi vehicles.
  • The taxi driver may refuse to perform a service in the following cases:
    • To be required by individuals who arouse suspicions of being persecuted by security agents.
    • Being requested to transport a number of people greater than the authorized seats.
    • When any of the passengers is in a state of manifest drunkenness or under the influence of narcotics or drugs.
    • When the suitcases or luggage of the passengers do not fit in the trunk of the taxi.
    • When the attire of the travelers and the packages, luggage or animals that they are carrying may dirty or damage the vehicle.
  • In areas of incomplete or deficient urbanization, taxi drivers will not be obliged to drive on roads that are manifestly impassable, or that offer notorious danger to the safety of the vehicle or its occupants.
